A 501(c)(3) non profit charity founded by J.D. Russell in memory of his daughter, Victoria Russell, dedicated to fostering a lifelong love of reading through imagination libraries, inspiring interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), advancing the future of space exploration, and providing meaningful support to first responders and their families.
Imagination Libraries
The Victoria Russell Foundation is a proud partner with Dolly Parton Foundation's. Our mission is to inspire a love of reading by gifting free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income. The Victoria Russell Foundation is proud to sponsors two Imagination Libraries, one in Harford County, Maryland and in St. Mary's County, Maryland. St. Mary's County Imagination Library
The St. Mary's County Imagination Library currently offers limited enrollment based on funds raised from the prior year. All donations to the Imagination Library of St. Mary's County are accepted directly by our partner the Dolly Parton Foundation.
